Now Serum Institute has also issued a statement on the side effects of AstraZeneca and Covishield. Serum Institute has stated that the rarest of the rare side effects on TTS were already disclosed on all their product packaging. 

The company said that Covishield has saved lives of people all over the world. Let us tell you that recently AstraZeneca has accepted the connection between the vaccine and thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome. 

This is a condition in which the level of platelets becomes abnormally lower than normal and blood clots start forming in the body.
